PORSHA WILLIAMS' DIVORCE DRAMA HEATS UP WITH MASSIVE LIEN AGAINST HER MANSION

RHOA Star Porsha Williams Faces $205,000 Lien on $7 Million Atlanta Mansion Amid Simon's Debt to Divorce Attorney

The drama surrounding Porsha Williams and her ongoing divorce from Simon Guobadia is far from over as new reports reveal a significant financial issue surrounding their $7.3 million mansion. With The Real Housewives of Atlanta gearing up for season 17 filming, the ex-couple’s complex and contentious split continues to play out publicly, adding another layer of tension to their already volatile relationship.

Porsha, 44, and Simon, 61, officially announced their split in February 2024, shortly after Porsha confirmed her return to RHOA. What initially seemed like an amicable decision soon became a battleground, with numerous legal and financial complications. In June 2025, after more than a year of legal battles, the two finally finalized their divorce. However, things are far from resolved as Porsha deals with the aftermath of their tumultuous separation.

Mansion Lien Drama:

One of the most pressing issues for Porsha is a six-figure lien placed on her mansion. According to reports from US Weekly, Simon failed to pay his divorce attorney, Onyema Farrey, a whopping $205,884.25 for legal services during the divorce proceedings. As a result, the lien has been placed against the luxurious Atlanta estate that Porsha was granted as part of the divorce settlement.

The mansion itself is a sprawling 15,284 square feet, complete with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and is valued at $7.3 million. Under the terms of their divorce agreement, Porsha has 36 months to either sell or refinance the property in order to remove Simon’s name from the title. She also agreed to pay Simon 50% of the equity in the home, which has further complicated the financial fallout of their split.

Spousal Support and Legal Fees:

Beyond the lien, Porsha is also entitled to a hefty spousal support payment from Simon. The agreement stipulates that Simon will pay Porsha $40,000 per month in spousal support for 14 months. Additionally, Simon owes Porsha $224,000 in legal fees, which is another point of contention between the two.

While Porsha was granted the luxurious mansion, along with the 2021 Rolls-Royce and other vehicles in her name, the financial settlement is still a source of constant tension. With Simon’s legal battles and the ongoing issues surrounding the estate, Porsha’s life continues to be full of twists and turns.

Simon’s Legal Actions:

In addition to the lien drama, Simon has continued his own legal actions against Porsha. In a bizarre twist, it was reported in July that Simon is seeking $500,000 in damages after Porsha allegedly accused him of suffering from erectile dysfunction on social media in 2024. Simon claims that the accusation has caused irreparable harm to his credibility and social standing, adding another legal battle to his already complex post-divorce life.

The Road Ahead:

As Porsha continues to navigate these ongoing legal and financial challenges, the public is left wondering what’s next for the RHOA star. While she’s no stranger to drama, this new chapter of her life is undoubtedly a difficult one, with ongoing legal battles, financial disputes, and the looming question of what she will do with her extravagant mansion.

As filming for season 17 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta kicks off, fans can expect to see more of Porsha’s personal life unfold on-screen. Whether or not the drama between her and Simon will reach its boiling point on the show remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure: this divorce saga is far from over.
