Shannon Beador offered an update on John Janssen‘s $75,000 lawsuit against her on Thursday night’s Watch What Happens Live.

RHOC's Shannon Beador Shares John Janssen's New Request to Settle Lawsuit, If She Signed Promissory Note, and What Was in Email, Plus "Falling Out" With Jeff Lewis? Contradictory Statements, and If She'd Sign a Non-Disparagement Agreement

As the 60-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County cast member also addressed rumors of a promissory note and an email about the supposedly loaned money for her facelift, Shannon spoke of her potential feud with Jeff Lewis, 54, revealed if she’d sign a non-disparagement agreement, and shared what would make John, 61, settle his lawsuit against her.

“I offered him what he wanted in full. He refused to sign a non-disparagement agreement, and I literally just got word from my attorney that he will take my offer if I issue a public statement to tell you all how generous he was,” Shannon revealed on the October 10 episode of WWHL. “I don’t want to cry because this is a fun night, but enough.”

Regarding claims of a promissory note, Shannon said, “It’s all semantics, and I never signed a promissory note, and that was never my intention.”

As for an email about the loan, she added, “I did not send him an email saying it was a loan. He did. He sent me a promissory note three days, or a couple of days after he sent me the money … and I went livid. And he never brought it up again.”

Amid her legal drama with John, who is now engaged to her RHOC co-star, Alexis Bellino, 47, Shannon seemed to be faced with tension with Jeff earlier this month.

On his radio show, Jeff suggested that there was truth behind the rumors of Shannon mistreating the crew of Love Hotel as he admitted she was not in a good place when she began filming the upcoming Peacock series. However, in response to an alleged feud, Shannon said, “No.”

“I was just on a show, a dating show for three weeks, and I don’t want to get into it, but the host said some things,” she explained.

Also speaking of Jeff and how she told him she never thought of John having heard her DUI crash before telling Heather Dubrow, 55, otherwise, Shannon admitted she often mixes up her words.

“Often, I say things and I get the wrong words. There was a couple of years ago that I [said] to [Braunwyn Windham-Burke], ‘Don’t say things that I said.’ Like, that’s what I do. So on Jeff Lewis Live, I was super tired, you can hear it in my voice, and he said, ‘Have you ever thought about that?’ And I meant to say, ‘I hadn’t until he brought it up.’ I had thought about it — I hadn’t thought about it. See? Okay,” she shared. “I hadn’t thought about it until Jeff called me 10 days after the DUI and said, ‘Did you think about this?’ And it had never occurred to me. So when I said I had thought about it, I meant to say I hadn’t thought about it. There’s like one letter in there.”

Shannon was then asked if she would sign a non-disparagement agreement.

“Absolutely,” she confirmed. “That’s why I proposed it months ago.”

Also on the episode, Shannon played a game of “Push Play or Call It a Day” in which she was asked if she had any romantic interest in a number of Bravolebrities.

First up? Captain Jason Chambers, 52, who happened to be a friend of Shannon’s.

“We are friends, so I’m gonna say, ‘Call it a day,’ but I love him as a person,” she shared.

As for Shep Rose, 44, Shannon again said, “No,” to the possibility.

“I’m 60,” she stated.

Shannon then shot down both Mauricio Umansky, 54, and Paul “PK” Kemsley, 57, explaining that she’s friends with Kyle Richards, 55, and other Housewives.

“There’s girl code, that some people don’t know about,” she said in an apparent diss against Alexis.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
