The Teen Mom 2 star previously shared that she underwent a breast reduction at the end of December, however, she has now come to regret the decision to add additional cosmetic procedures, including liposuction and a tummy tuck.
"This is the first time I'm doing makeup since I had surgery, and I'm finally able to shower without help," Kailyn said in a Jan. 6 Instagram video. "I'm able to walk around without help, standing mostly up straight. I feel good most of the day, but I still get really, really tired about halfway through the day. Had a very, very emotional morning, mainly just when I was taking a shower."
The mom of seven added that she prays her children "never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny."
And while she thinks some smaller procedures are fine, she feels that going through so much plastic surgery in an effort to be skinny is "mental illness."
Kailyn, 32, also regretted getting the surgeries over the Christmas break, which meant that her fiancé Elijah Scott—with whom she shares kids Rio, 2, and twins Verse and Valley, 14 months—couldn't be there with her for much of it and that she was in another state for Christmas.
"I was willing to go to any freaking length for it," she continued, visibly emotional. "And I don't think that's something that people talk about."

The reality star—also mom to son Isaac, 14, with ex Jo Rivera; Lincoln, 11, with former husband Javi Marroquin; as well as Lux, 7, and Creed, 4, with ex Chris Lopez—ended her message to fans by saying that when she stopped crying she was "going to suck it up for the rest of the day."
"Think once, think twice before you get plastic surgery," she added. "And I hope everyone has a happy new year."
Kailyn had previously discussed her desire to undergo plastic surgery, sharing on a May episode of her Barely Famous podcast that she was originally denied a "boob job" because of her weight.
"I need to lose 40 pounds," she explained. "More like 50, but maybe get away with 40 pounds before they can even operate on me."
And although she regrets her decision to get surgery now, she was grateful for the Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck she had done in 2016.
"It was the best decision I ever made," Kailyn said of her past procedures on her Baby Mama No Drama podcast in 2024. "The worst decision I ever made was not waiting until I was done having kids."
